Gebrauchwagenangebot - seriös oder heikel?

Guten Morgen,
ich bin aktuell auf der Suche nach einem neuen Auto und habe ein schier unglaubliches online-angebot zu einem audi a4 gefunden. auf meine nachfrage beim verkäufer erhielt ich folgende antwort:
"Hello there,
The 2006 Audi A4 is still available for the price of
18.600 EUR. It is in excellent overall condition, accident free, no
scratches. Also it is free of any bank liabilities. I moved to United
Kingdom and the car is here with me as well, but the transport from here is
already arranged. The car is still registered in Germany, has German plate
numbers and is a Left Hand Drive version. I was advised by a local dealer to
advertise it on mobile.de and AS24 because it's mainly targeted to customers
in Europe mainland, where I have to sell it, due to the left steering wheel.
I signed with a local transport company to use their services. The car is on
their warehouse already. They offers also third party protection. Payment
will be made to their trustee bank account by bank wire transfer.
How it works: they hold your money until you receive and inspect the
merchandise. I signed for a 5-day inspection period. In this period you can
test the car and if you are not pleased with it, your money will be returned
to your account and they will deliver it back to me, free of charge. Along
with the car registration papers you will receive further documents that
will allow you to complete the registration on your name when it arrives to
you.
As I am caught in the middle of some important events I cannot deal
personally with you. I hope you understand and I am waiting for your reply
if you decide to go forward."
was soll ich von dieser sache nun halten? bin über jede meinung dankbar!
viele grüße
