Hi!
My german is very bad so I will try ask you a question in english. Sorry!
I want to by car in German but problem that seems that this car expired TÜV: 05/04.
I'm origin of Latvia. I want buy car in German and drive it to Latvia.
I don't want pay for inspection only for one day in German Thats why I'm asking you a advise.
Is this posible to drive the car through the Germany if TUV expired in last month? What is amount of penalties? Can I pass the border without TUV?
Maybe there is other dificulties that I don't even imagin?!

you can drive trough germany, i guess the german officers will warn you, but you will get no penalty. You will have to pay 15€ if you have no tüv since 2 months.
