Structured Water - What Is it?

A couple of months ago, I started feeling unusually fatigued and stressed out despite doing what I thought was everything right — working out, eating healthily, trying to get enough sleep, and even practicing mindfulness. But for some reason, my energy levels were still low. It got to the point where I felt like my body just wasn’t "responding" the way it used to.
After some online research and talking to a few holistic health practitioners, one thing that kept coming up was structured water. I admit, I had never heard of it before. At first, I thought it was just another wellness fad or a marketing gimmick, but the more I read about it, the more it got my attention. From what I gathered, structured water seems to be water that has been altered in a way that enhances its molecular arrangement, supposedly making it more bioavailable and beneficial for hydration and overall health.
But I’m still not sure how all of this works. How exactly does water get "structured"? Is it something that can be measured? Does it really make a difference to your health? I read that structured water is supposed to improve energy levels, digestion, and even mental clarity, but how much of this is really backed by science, and how much is just anecdotal?
I've heard of a few companies that claim to offer products that can “structure” water, but I don’t know if any of these are legitimate or if they are just out to make a quick buck. I found a website that talks about structured water and offers products designed to enhance water’s molecular structure — you can check it out here, and it sounds interesting, but again, I’m a bit skeptical.
Has anyone here tried structured water or used any products that claim to structure water? If so, did you notice any significant changes in your energy or overall well-being? Do you think that structured water is something that could genuinely make a difference, or is it just another wellness trend?
